After working as a deckhand for a large barge company and in a manufacturing facility for several years after high school, I decided to attend college. I took some real estate classes and realized my calling was real estate. I obtained my KY Real Estate Salespersons License in 2012 and joined a large franchised office. In 2013 I graduated WKCTC with an AAS Degree in Business Administration and Residential Real Estate. In 2015 I obtained my KY Real Estate Brokers License as well as my KY Real Property Appraisers License. In 2017 I founded MOVE Realty, LLC, a local brokerage dedicated to creating a personal real estate experience that is not found in large franchised offices. In 2019 I obtained my Certified Residential Appraisers Credential from the KY Real Estate Appraisers Board. Over the past several years I have developed a unique marketing strategy that has PROVEN RESULTS when it comes to selling real estate of any caliber. Every property is different, but my passion for bringing buyers and sellers together makes the challenge of selling property feel more like “fun” than “work” to me. Because of my dedication to my clients and my constant desire for challenge, I have been able to dramatically multiply my sales year after year. I have consistently been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer and hope to continue that trend moving forward for years to come.
